The Cove at Fawn Lake Country Club Managers will notify the gate house of your event and provide passes for your guests. All your guests will need to say is that they are here for your event and the guard will hand them a pass to come in.
The Cove at Fawn Lake Country Club is an all-inclusive venue offering top notch catering to satisfy any palate. We do not allow outside catering; however, some exceptions have been made. You may bring your own celebratory dessert if you choose.
The Cove at Fawn Lake Country Club is an all-inclusive venue offering top notch bar service. We do not allow outside alcohol to be brought in. If there is a specific wine, beer, or spirit you’d like to have at your event just ask. We will do our best to provide it for you.
The Cove at Fawn Lake Country Club will not allow affixing of anything to the walls, floors, ceilings, light fixtures or mirrors by nails, staples, etc. The use of cold sparks, rice, confetti, birdseed, artificial flower petals and floating lanterns are not permitted. We do allow sparklers outside for a sendoff or photo opp.
The Cove at Fawn Lake Country Club includes setup of all provided items in their venue fee. Making your event worry free.
The Cove at Fawn Lake Country Club is nestled in the exclusive community of Fawn Lake and requires all events to conclude at 10 PM.
Some events require an early start time, and we do our best to accommodate. Golf events may have access to the event space as early as 7 AM, Private events may have access to the event space as early as 9 AM.
The Cove at Fawn Lake Country Club does not have a minimum for guests. Our ballroom can comfortably seat 20 – 225 guests.
The Cove at Fawn Lake Country Club offers all booked weddings one complementary tasting for up to 4. All other events may require a small fee for a tasting.
The Cove at Fawn Lake Country Club does not require you to have liability insurance.
The Cove at Fawn Lake Country Club does not provide additional vendors. We do have a well-curated recommended vendors list to help you in your planning.
The Cove at Fawn Lake Country Club does allow specialty cakes/cupcakes to be brought in from a licensed baker. The Cove at Fawn Lake Country Club do offer a small dessert menu as well.
